    It is best to call the office first and arrange a time to come for treatment. We will try to treat you as soon as possible among the booked clients.
  • Do I need a card from the pre-hospital doctor?
    No, during the initial examination we record the current state of your teeth, according to which we determine a treatment plan. If necessary, it is possible to request a card from the previous doctor additionally after your first visit with us.
  • Do you care for children?
    Yes, we treat. You can order an examination by email at or by phone at +420 702 027 088.
  • Do you give anesthesia?
    Yes. Administration of anesthesia is an integral part of all procedures, which can be unpleasant. We are not in the Middle Ages and we use all available means of modern medicine.
  • How can the treatment be paid for?
    In cash, by card or on the basis of an invoice by bank transfer.
  • What if my tooth hurts after the treatment?
    Sensitivity after treatment is individual, depending on the type of treatment performed. Everything will be explained to you during the treatment, if you are not sure, call our office.
  • Can I come to the treatment with a small child?
    You can. If the planned performance is short, cooperating children can wait in the doctor's office under the supervision of our operations manager, who is a university-educated teacher. Children can also be in the doctor's office during the treatment, where they will see that dental treatment does not necessarily have to be a horror experience.
  • Can I buy a gift voucher for a treatment from you?
    Yes, we issue gift vouchers in the value of 1,500,-, 2,500,-, 5,000,- and 10,000
  • Do you recommend pulling out the figure eights?
    The decision whether to remove eights or not is always based on an individual assessment of the given situation. If figure eights do not cause irritation and do not threaten the condition of the teeth in front of them, we do not recommend their removal.
  • Can I have my teeth professionally whitened by you?
    Yes, consult the teeth whitening options with your attending physician and he will recommend the best procedure.
  • I can't come to the agreed date, what should I do?"
    As soon as you learn this information, call the surgery and make a new appointment. That way we will be able to treat someone else instead of you.
  • Is dental hygiene also suitable for children and teenagers?
    Yes, children should also go to dental hygiene just like their parents.​ Correct cleaning technique will save money and maintain a healthy and beautiful smile for a lifetime.
  • Which insurance companies does your device cooperate with?
    All our facilities cooperate with all health insurance companies in the Czech Republic.
  • What if I have pain after having a tooth extracted?
    Sensitivity after a tooth extraction usually lasts about a week before the wound heals. In the event of a sudden worsening of the condition, a doctor should be contacted.
